It’s been a weird 6 months since the global pandemic really took over the 24/7 news feed, shut down the world, and continues to kick our ass here in the States.
It can get pretty depressing on a daily basis if you watch the news and see that hundreds of people are dying, losing their jobs, or just seeing how inept our President is in handling this mess (or not handling it to be more precise).
We all have things that make us feel better, so when I came across this Raptitude article about making “a list of activities that reliably make me feel better”, I thought it was great and started thinking about what my Cupboard Sheet would look like.
