Getting Offline

I am enjoying Seth Werkheiser’s blogs lately about getting off the big social media platforms. Yesterday’s entry has some good ideas for alternatives to doom scrolling.

I’ll add some of my own:

• Go on a long bike ride
• Draw something
• Bake a loaf of bread
